Jabali Panel provides:
- Free Software: Open-source web hosting control panel
- Paid Support: Technical support services including ticket support, chat support, and emergency assistance
- Pre-configured Servers: VPS servers with Jabali Panel pre-installed
3. Free Software License
Jabali Panel software is distributed as open-source software. You are free to:
- Use the software for any purpose
- Study how the software works and modify it
- Redistribute copies of the software
- Distribute copies of your modified versions
4. Paid Services
4.1 Support Services
Paid support subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Emergency Support
Emergency support is a one-time service for critical server issues. Response times and resolution are provided on a best-effort basis.
4.3 Pre-configured Servers
VPS servers are provided through third-party infrastructure partners. Server availability, uptime, and performance are subject to the terms of our infrastructure providers.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- Refunds for support services may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase
- Server purchases are non-refundable once provisioned
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the software and services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use our services to host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
- Maintain the security of your server and credentials
- Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our services or other users
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
