cPanel pricing in 2026: the plans, the account limits, and what they cost

cPanel's own plans in 2026: Solo, Admin, Pro, Premier and WP Squared, with the account limit on each and prices excluding VAT, and how to count the accounts you need.

cPanel sells four plans and one WordPress bundle. The plan you need depends on how many hosting accounts one server carries. The table below uses the prices on cPanel’s own pricing page as it read on 2026-10-30. Prices exclude VAT. Check the page before you buy, because the prices can change.

cPanel’s page lists unlimited websites under “Every cPanel plan includes” (Solo to Premier; WP Squared is sold by WordPress site). The limit that changes with the plan is the number of accounts.

Count accounts, not websites

A hosting business with 12 accounts on one server falls in the Pro row, which covers up to 30 accounts. Admin stops at 5 and would not fit. A server with 40 accounts needs Premier, which lists up to 100.

The page also lists add-ons. Each add-on starts at a price between $3 and $45 a month, and they are sold apart from the plans.

Where Jabali Panel fits in the comparison

Jabali Panel is free and released under AGPL-3.0, with no licence fee and no per-domain pricing. It runs on a fresh Debian 13 or Ubuntu 24.04 server. It includes a catalog of 44 Docker apps. Paid support is a separate, optional service.

This post does not argue that cPanel is too expensive for your case. The cPanel alternative guide compares the two panels feature by feature and says when each one fits: the cPanel alternative guide. For the pillar comparison of free control panels, read open-source hosting control panels compared.

If you move accounts

A move from cPanel starts with a cpmove archive for each account. The cPanel migration guide walks through the full process. The reference steps for each cPanel migration are in the cPanel migration docs, and the migration hub lists the other sources.
