Trash and restore

The file manager includes a trash system. Deleted files are moved to trash instead of being permanently removed, giving you a safety net against accidental deletions.

  • Delete to trash: when you delete a file or folder, it is moved to the trash rather than permanently removed.
  • Restore from trash: browse the trash and restore files back to their original location.
  • Empty trash: permanently delete all files in the trash when you are sure they are no longer needed.
